I’m Keira and thank you for visiting my website

I started freelancing as a virtual assistant back in 2021 and finally took the leap to launch VA with Keira in 2023 to become a full-time virtual assistant. I had no idea just how much demand there was for virtual assistants!

Based in Southampton, I support clients all over the UK with a variety of tasks. The beauty of the internet is that almost anything is possible with a decent WiFi connection… except I can’t virtually make you one of my epic cups of tea (yet).

After getting my MSc in Mathematics and Statistics, I worked in finance consulting for eight years, which means I’m a ninja in a spreadsheet, I can do PowerPoint in my sleep, and I have a laser focus for detail. I love data and numbers, and my tutoring days taught me that patience and being non-judgmental is the foundation of successful working relationships.
